No, this title is not a promotion for any of the parties that rules now for the next nationwide elections in april.
It is a reality, as clearly demonstrate Outlook in it 6th april edition. "Indian expertise in civil society problems" has created a generation of leaders that now run the world's biggest environmental grouping (Ashok Khosla, Development Alternatives), or an influential network of civil society groups (Ingrid Srinaty, Civicus), or even Action Aid, a global anti-poverty agency, (John Samuel, photo).

(Photo : Aruna Schwartz, from the wonderful blog of Ginisty : http://ginisty.typepad.com/indiantouch/) This post is still in french. If you wish to contribute to it translation, you're most welcome and you could gain my eternal gratitude !
